In response to the coronavirus outbreak, our clinic is now fully equipped to provide telehealth Chinese medicine appointments.
This means you can consult with your usual or preferred practitioner from home using your mobile or computer.
Our practitioner team can offer telehealth appointments in English as well as the following languages: Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Vietnamese and Arabic.
Who can have a telehealth appointment?
Telehealth appointments are suitable for:
- All our current and previous clients receiving treatment.
- Those who cannot (or prefer not) to attend in-person appointments due to the risk of exposure to coronavirus.
- New clients seeking a Chinese medicine consultation, diagnosis and personalised advice from our experienced practitioners.
How does it work?
Contact us to book your telehealth appointment.
Prior to your appointment time, you’ll be asked to complete our new patient check-in form.
For telehealth appointments, the consultation fee can be paid using a credit card prior to your appointment.
Our Telehealth app can be easily used from all mobile and computer devices, our team will guide you through the setup and connection.
After your consultation, we can post Chinese herbal medicine directly to your home by Express Post.
Telehealth consultation fees
Our standard consultation fees are applicable to telehealth appointments:
- New patient initial consultation (up to 40 mins) – $80
- Follow-up consultation (up to 25 mins) – $30
- Follow-up long consultation (longer than 25 mins) – $60
*Please note that consultations with our senior practitioners incur slightly higher consultation fees.
How to book your telehealth consultation?
Telehealth Chinese medicine consultations are currently available to clients who live in any state or territory of Australia.
If you are currently receiving treatment and would like to have a telehealth consultation with your usual practitioner, please speak to our clinic team.
