Watermelon, The Urinary Bladder's Cleaning Agent

Watermelon is a summer fruit, because of its juiciness and cold nature. It clears away summer-heat and is thirst-quenching. Therefore, during summer it is everyone's favourite fruit and the most consumed fruit of all.

In summer people can over-perspire, therefore they should eat more watermelon to help restore the loss of bodily
fluids, and to avoid many summer-stroke symptoms such as headaches, lethargy (restlessness) and dry skin.

Also, watermelon is sweet in flavour and cold in nature, acting on channels of urinary bladder to induce diuresis.
